The time spent together over the last few months going through Crushing by TD Jakes, has been nothing short of miraculous.

As we went through this book, each of us have gone through life changing events. Some of us have been crushed before our eyes. Others have been in the vat for a season of fermenting and others yet are in the blessing of dining and being paired for great celebration and sharing.

Of of the main concepts we need to embrace is that our crushing was never meant to be the end. Our losses only lead to enlightening. Death is not the end. Like a seed that dies in the ground, our crushing sprouts into something more beautiful and productive.

What has the book brought to you during on sessions? What seasons have you experienced?

Where we are today is not the destination of our life. God would not have engaged in so much work on us and in us to abandon us. On the contrary, He has invested much in each of us, because of our value and what He sees in us. His eyes rests on something in our future that our current pain is blinding our from seeing.
