You cannot do it alone. You can read the book all you want. You can memorize scripture, but until the Holy Spirit reveals the revelation you will not fully grasp the relationship with God.

Have you struggled from time to time in reading a lot and not really connecting? So what do you do? You read more.  But is that really what you need to do?

This weeks reading explains the importance of praying before you read your bible. This week, practice being in prayer prior to reading. Not just a simple, “be with me now”. But a full dedicated allotment of time praying.
